Talent Development graduate certificate is an online 12 credit hours program of study designed for talent development professionals who are responsible for building a seamless talent pipeline to prepare next generation of leaders for future growth and implementing learning and development solutions to raise the organizational capability and employee performance. The program curriculum includes 4 prescribed courses, which provide the essence of state-of-the-art knowledge, skills, and ability in succession planning, formal/informal learning in the workplace, and human performance technology (HPT) based on the foundations in people development. Students conduct various projects grounded in the reality of talent development. Upon completion of talent development graduate certificate, students will be ready to work as professionals in human resource development (HRD), talent management and development, performance and quality improvement in profit and nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions.
